The most popular meeting space is our thirty foot yurt which comfortably seats forty people in a circle. It can be configured to support any number of events or activities from yoga and guided meditations, to art projects and Tai Chi, as well as presentations and group interaction. An inner circle of wood and canvas beach chairs have been used for even larger groups.

The living room is suitable for small break-out groups. With two couches and several stuffed chairs, there is room for up to ten people and the stone fireplace adds a warm and cozy ambiance.

In warmer weather there is the wraparound covered porch and other spaces outside to gather and meet.

Meals

Great care and creative inspiration goes into the selection, preparation and presentation of all food offered at Mosswood Hollow. Menus are drawn from seasonal offerings, utilizing local and organic when available.

Lunch and dinner are served at the table, restaurant style. Breakfast is a bountiful and varied spread, served buffet style.

We make every effort to accommodate people's dietary needs when given advance notice, and there is space to provide such information during the registration process.

2024 MEAL PRICES
Package price of $80/day applies to anyone having all meals for a minimum of two days (i.e. Friday dinner through Sunday lunch).
Otherwise the following prices apply:

Prices are per person. Washington State Sales Tax of 8.7% is added to all prices.

Workshop Hosting Fee

EXTRA PEOPLE - $35/PERSON

The Hosting Fee applies to all groups in addition to the overnight accommodations and meals. (No sales tax on the hosting fee)

Tea and coffee are available in the dining room 24 hours a day. There are a wide variety of teas for your guests to choose from. Milk, ½ & ½, organic sugar, honey, alternative sweeteners and non-dairy alternatives for guests who request non-dairy are supplied in a refrigerator under the tea counter.

The well water here at Mosswood Hollow is excellent. We keep a glass beverage dispenser full of water in the dining area.

Beds are made up with premium bedding, an extra throw, towel and washcloth. Bathrooms are shared by guests, with two or three bedrooms per bathroom. The camping option does not include bedding, pillow, blankets or towel. Campers have access to two communal bathrooms in the lodge that are accessible from the outside.

Washington State Sales Tax of 11.2% is added to all prices.
